Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@eizeninteriors.com with photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and hold onto the packaging until your claim is processed. If the carrier decides to do an inspection and you no longer have the packaging, unfortunately we will not be able to process your claim.
