non-toxic cleaning
March is already here and now that you have decluttered (hopefully) most spaces of your home, it is time to open your windows and start spring cleaning!
When it comes to creating a low-toxin home, swapping your cleaning products is one of the most important things you can do. Sadly, the majority of the ‘natural' cleaning brands out there are “greenwashed” and they are anything but green. These companies throw catch phrases or use certain packaging to trick consumers into thinking they are purchasing a natural product, when in reality, what they are buying isn't natural at all. Fragrance and synthetic perfumes are also among chemicals that are in EVERYTHING causing so much damage in our overall health.
After a lot of researching and trying different products, I finally found a way to clean my entire house completely non-toxic using products that actually works! Young Living makes the best household cleaning products that are 100% toxin-free and safe for all my family. Here are some of my favorites:

5. baking soda
Baking soda is another powerful ingredient that can be use in so many ways and it is non-toxic. I like to use it to clean grease in the kitchen, unclog kitchen sink, eliminate smell, and also as a laundry booster. It is a staple in my cleaning and laundry closet.
6. distilled white vinegar
The acidic nature of vinegar is so powerful it can dissolve mineral deposit, dirt, grease, grime, and it is also strong enough to kill bacteria. I also like to dissolve vinegar in water and use as a softener for my loads of laundry.
I hope you can give one of these cleaning products a try and start detoxing your home as you clean it. I have a whole list of DIY cleaner recipes using all these products so comment bellow if you want me to share it with you! Happy cleaning!
